Masukkan potongan singkong ke dalam wadah kedap udara dan simpan di dalam freezer hingga beku. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan dengan api sedang. Keluarkan singkong beku dari freezer dan goreng tanpa perlu mencairkannya terlebih dahulu. Goreng hingga berwarna kuning keemasan dan renyah.
